Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, Naturally Coily cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Returns Eligibility
Products may be returned only if:
- The product is unopened and unused, and
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery, or
- The product arrived damaged or defective
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with photos of the item and packaging.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may apply unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
